May 18th is Big Dawg's birthday. Abby and I were visiting before our move and I convinced Auntie Jill and AJB to come spend the night too. Uncle Jeff and Gavin came over for dinner. Big Dawg knew that Jill and AJB were coming but he thought they were just coming to watch The Bachelorette with me. He didn't know that Jeff and Gavin were coming and that we were going to have a birthday celebration with steaks, peach cobbler and homemade ice cream!! YUMMY!!!
This was one of those rare times that it was just the 3 kids with the 3 grandkids. And although we missed Melissa, Greg and Steven, it was also kinda nice to just be us....
