18 Months!!!

Dear Abby,

Today you are 18 months old. We have known you now for 18 months and each day is more and more fun. You have the sweetest little personality and you do and say the funniest little things. You are so smart and every day comes with a new adventure.

We can't imagine what life was like before you joined us.

So Abby - here's a little bit about what you're up to at 18 months:

• You weigh 19lbs. We're still waiting for you to hit the 20lb mark ... and get to turn around in your carseat :)
• You wear mostly 12 mos clothes. Although somehow you still have a couple of things that are 6-9 mos. LOL
• You love to put your clothes on and your shoes on. You can put your pants on all by yourself. And you can put your shoes (sandals and boots) on all by yourself too. (Nonnie thinks this makes you a genius!)
• Even though you can do these things, you'd really rather just run around naked :)
• You use the potty alot of the time. But you always tell us when you have "tt'd"...even if it means you just did in your diaper or in the tub!!

• You are the best sleeper at night. You go to bed around 7:30 every night and sleep until 7:30 every morning.
• You are not the best napper (for Mommy). You only take one nap a day and it can range from 45 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. You tend to take shorter naps when Mommy is at home!
• You sleep with your favorite friends: Taggie, Frog, Dawg, Pige, and of course SeeSee
• You sleep with 3 papsies (pacifiers). You are only allowed to have them in the bed. When you wake up you gather all 3 of them, put them in the drawer and say "Bye"

• You are an excellent eater. You will eat pretty much anything but your favorites are zucchini, black olives, any and all fruit and toast.
• Your favorite place to go eat is Mexican. You love the avocado slices and will eat an entire soft taco all by yourself.
• Your all time favorite snack is graham crackers and milk. You live for your "kack". You wake up asking for it. We have to limit you to two crackers a day.

• You say a ton of words. You talk all the time and most of it is pretty clear. You do have a few words that are specific to you - "toe-chee" seems to be your catchall phrase. You use this word for Terhin, sticker, candles... :)
• You love to talk on your cell phone. You put it to your neck and walk around the coffee table talking away.
• You love to say "yes" but you love to say "no" a little more :)

• You would live outside in the pool if we would let you. Although you really just like to be outside playing in the hose (next to the pool).
• You love to play with your dolls, giving them sips from their bottle. And you love to put the diaper on SeeSee.
• You love to "love" your animals and dolls and give them kisses. And you love kittycats more than anything!
• You are obsessed with "pamps" - the stamp you get after tumbling class

You are such a little character!!
